So Erik bought a new car about a month ago. I like it...except I can't drive it. It's a manual...and I really don't have any desire to really put the time and effort into learning. However, a feature in this car is a 100w outlet. It's kind of handy I guess if you go camping and such....but we don't go camping much...so we had an idea...
We are thinking about taking our car on a road trip during Christmas to Phoenix...maybe stop in California to visit some friends but we would bring our kitchen appliances along (griddle, crock pot, and waffle maker) and make all of our food out of our car.
We are rather entertained by the idea. The goal would be to eat healthy and to save money. We would also blog our experience...Cooking through Julia Child's cook book out of our Matrix...ha.
We'll see.
